How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We bake all orders fresh to request. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes an additional 2-3 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure that our baked goods arrive as fresh as possible.
How do you keep the treats fresh during transit?
All MailBakes items are heat-sealed in food-grade packaging and cushioned with eco-friendly insulation to maintain moisture and prevent damage during delivery.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Yes! You can add a custom message at checkout, which we will print on a premium gift card and include inside your package at no extra cost.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you provide nutritional and allergen information?
Every package includes a full list of ingredients. Please note that our kitchen processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs, so we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
